  Shipping & Returns
All orders will be processed securely via Paypal. Debonaire Records typically ships orders twice per week (Monday and Thurdsay).

Domestic Shipping: Domestic orders (inside U.S.) can be shipped by UPS (United Parcel Service) or U.S. Postal Service. Shipping choices will be up to you to select during checkout.

International Shipping: We strongly recommend selecting U.S. Postal Service: Priority Mail International or First Class Mail International to keep the shipping low but of course you may chose other shipping methods that suit your needs. When in doubt, please email us with questions regarding shipment to your country before placing orders.
NOTE: For international customs purposes we will declare that the package is a "COMMERCIAL SAMPLE" with a value of $10 so your package is released immediately when it arrives locally. Also, we will NOT include any order invoice.

International Transit Times: International orders typically take 3-4 business days with Express, 4-7 business days with Priority, and 5-10 business days with First Class. The time period mentioned is how long it takes to get to your local post office. Before assuming it is Debonaire Records that is taking long with orders, please check with your local post or customs to see if they are holding your package.

Returns: Download sales are final and not refundable. Everything sold by Debonaire Records is non-returnable; however, mis-shipped or defective items are returnable as long as the following conditions are met:

1. MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS. You must inform us of the incorrect item within 3 business days of receiving it. In the case of mis-ships we will pay all shipping charges.

2. DAMAGED ITEMS. If you should receive damaged items, you must first contact us to report the damaged item. The packaging must be kept and must reflect the reason for the damage. Damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt or no action will be taken on our part. The freight charges back to us will be the responsibility of the customer. However, Debonaire Records will honor a refund on the shipping provided that a recept is made available and Debonaire Records has agreed to the return shipping charges beforehand. The freight charges to ship the replacement item back to the customer will also be paid by Debonaire Records. Please ensure that any item returned is in their original packaging unless otherwise specified.
